Low whistling from drum brakes?

Finally finished the drum, but now there’s a low pitched whistling noise coming from the right rear (the corner I did) only drove it at parking lot speeds and the brakes were fine. Although I still need to adjust the handbrake, it doesn't work right now, even though the drum itself is adjusted correctly.

There just isn’t that much in a d rum brake that can make noise. So the drum is contacting the shoes, probably just lightly. Drive it a while and let the shoes find center. If the noise persists, then something ain’t right.
